Voldico, Osgood, Indiana – Jerry J. Vollmer, Chief Executive Officer, and John C. Robinson, President, announced today the investment in Quality Assurance actions to help guide the profitable growth of our agency affiliates and strengthen performance with our carrier partners.

As the industry increases its focuses on performance management through data analytics, Voldico has committed to a new role to help focus and coordinate actions to drive profitability across key lines of business.  We are pleased to announce the appointment of Shannon Sawyer as Quality Assurance Manager effectively immediately.  Shannon has an extensive Property & Casualty and Life background having worked for a number of leading carriers including Liberty Mutual.  She has worked with some of Voldico's top agencies in sales, underwriting and customer service support functions.  Shannon is a fully licensed agent and resides in the greater Indianapolis, IN area.
