Voldico and United Community Bank are switching real estate in Osgood, IN.

United Community Bank (UCB) and Jerry Vollmer are pleased to announce that they have come to an agreement where UCB will purchase the existing Encore Insurance building located at 510 South Buckeye Street in Osgood, and Jerry and Anita Vollmer, and their business, Encore Insurance will purchase UCB’s existing Osgood branch located at 420 South Buckeye Street.  UCB intends to build a new branch at the 510 South Buckeye Street location once the existing Encore office building has been removed.

UCB and Jerry Vollmer are both pleased to bring these new investments to the Town of Osgood.
