Auto Insurance

How important is your car? For most of us, it's essential.
Having the right auto insurance policy is critical for getting you back on the road quickly after an auto accident, fire, theft, or other covered event. It may also provide protection against medical and legal expenses resulting from injury, loss of life, or property damage caused by an accident involving your vehicle.
Our local, independent agents can help you find the right policy for your car by comparing quotes and coverage options from several top providers. In addition to cars, we insure motorcycles, classic cars, motor homes, boats, Jet Skis and ATVs too. If you drive it, we can insure it.

How much auto insurance do I need?
Auto insurance requirements vary by state. Most states require you to carry a minimum amount of liability coverage to drive. However, the minimum is often not enough. Your local agent can help you determine the right amount of coverage for your vehicle.
In states where coverage isn’t required, drivers must provide proof that they are able to pay for losses they cause others. For most people, auto insurance is the simplest way to comply with the law.
If you're financing a car, you will probably be required to purchase coverage for damages you cause to your vehicle as well as others. This includes:
Collision Insurance
Collision insurance coverage pays for damage caused to your vehicle in an automobile accident. Standard collision coverage will pay for any repairs up to the fair market value of your car. Collision coverage usually includes a deductible, the amount of money you pay toward repairs before your collision insurance kicks in. The higher the deductible you’re willing to pay, the less the collision coverage will cost.
Comprehensive Insurance
Comprehensive insurance covers damages to your car that are caused by events other than collision, such as theft, flood, hurricane, windshield damage and fire. Like collision insurance, comprehensive will pay up to the fair market value of your car (minus your deductible).
